a comfortable stay
spacious room separate sinks easy access
the hotel room was spacious and well decorated. i noted there were two separate sinks in the bathroom, convenient. the hotel provides easy access to the airport rail link, it made traveling simple.
the gym is a little small, with only a few pieces of equipment.

the staff were attentive. i appreciated that they remembered my name. the check-in process was quick and efficient, which i appreciated after a long travel day. all staff were friendly.

constant traffic noise necessary earplugs
The breakfast spread was nice with an omelette chef available. EVERYTHING was so-so.
I stayed on the 9th floor. Traffic noise persisted throughout the night. One side faced a BUSY road, the other a train line. Earplugs were necessary for sleep, but even then it was STILL noisy. I think management should address it.
